What we’re looking for


We are seeking a top-tier high performing Director of Sales to lead our growth within the multi-family sector. This is a critical role for an experienced self-starter who thrives in a lean startup environment and possesses the strategic leadership skills required to execute with a small budget and very little hand-holding. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving revenue, building a robust pipeline, and establishing Livsee as the premier lead nurturing partner for property operators while operating with a high-level of autonomy. This position has an initial 3-month contract duration with the option for full-time conversion and eligibility for our comprehensive benefits package upon hire.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to penetrate the multi-family market using resourceful, high-impact tactics that maximize the budget.
  • Pipeline Management: Independently identify, prospect, and close high-value partnerships with property management companies and ownership groups.
  • Consultative Selling: Leverage deep industry knowledge to demonstrate how Livsee’s lead nurturing and remarketing tools streamline leasing and increase occupancy rates.
  • Market Leadership: Represent Livsee at industry trade shows and events, maintaining a polished and professional brand presence.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with the leadership team to provide market feedback that informs product development and strategic incentives.
  • Data-Driven Reporting: Synthesize sales data and market trends to provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and stakeholders. You must be comfortable being held to rigorous KPIs and delivering results in an environment of high accountability.
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Handle various business initiatives as they arise to support company growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 7–10 years of consistent over-achievement in sales quotas specifically within the multi-family real estate industry.
  • Startup DNA: A proven track record of succeeding in early-stage environments where resources are scarce, processes are still being built, and speed is a competitive advantage.
    Autonomy: A self-motivated professional who takes ownership of the sales cycle with minimal management or oversight
  • Communication: Elite written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft and deliver high-quality presentations and investor-level collateral independently.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong command of CRM tools, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
    Critical Thinking: Ability to solve complex problems and navigate shifting priorities with ease
