With over 15 years in the multifamily real estate industry, Andrea founded Livsee to transform the rental experience with tools that simplify leasing for renters and optimize occupancy for operators. Before launching Livsee, Andrea led innovation and ancillary services for leading operators, including Morgan Properties, Waterton Residential and Village Green. A graduate of Michigan State University, she combines industry expertise with a passion for innovation and entrepreneurship — driving solutions that deliver measurable impact.

Teagan Dixon is a Fixed Term Faculty Member at Michigan State University within the Accounting & Information Systems department in the Eli Broad College of Business. Her teaching primarily focuses on business analytics, information systems and project management at the undergraduate and graduate levels. She also serves as the Faculty Director for the MS in Business Data Science & Analytics and is the coordinator for the IT Minor on campus. Teagan graduated with her BS in Finance (2002) and her MS in Accounting (2007) from the Eli Broad College of Business. She spent approximately 12 years of her career working in Risk Advisory at Deloitte prior to joining MSU in 2019. She is an avid boater and scuba diver. When not doing those activities, she is usually spending time with friends/family, tinkering with technology or using technology to express her artistic side through 3D printing and laser cutting wood designs.

Emmett Barrett is the founder of Barrett Solutions LLC, a software firm focused on AI-driven automation, business efficiency, and custom platform/software development. Under his leadership, the team designs and deploys scalable, agent-driven systems that streamline operations, eliminate manual workflows, and deliver measurable impact for businesses. Their work spans industries, from building end-to-end platforms to implementing automation solutions and executing large-scale data aggregation across nationwide datasets. In just 1.5 years, Emmett has scaled Barrett Solutions from a solo operation to a team of eight, reflecting both the demand for their work and a strong culture of execution. He is driven by a deep passion for solving complex problems and building systems that create real, tangible outcomes, leading a team that moves quickly and executes at a high level.
