With nearly three decades in multifamily property management, Kimberly Hurd is passionate about helping leaders grow with clarity, confidence, and authenticity. A former President of the National Apartment Association Education Institute (NAAEI) and NAAEI Senior Faculty member, Kim has taught hundreds of professionals nationwide through programs like CAPS, CAM, and CALP.

Today, as Founder of Truly Hurd LLC, she partners with organizations to design learning strategies that build strong teams and lasting performance. Kim’s teaching style blends real-world experience with engaging storytelling that inspires professionals to stop trying to prove their worth—and start leading from it.
