Housing Bureau for Seniors:  Supporting older adults to secure and maintain appropriate and affordable living arrangements and provides community based follow up services.  www.med.umich.edu/seniors

Interfaith Hospitality Network:  Provides temporary, emergency shelter to families experiencing homelessness and Home Based Support services to help them maintain stable housing once they leave shelter.  www.alphahouse-ihn.org

Michigan Ability Partners:  Provides financial and payee services, short-term mental health and psychiatric services, employment and job development assistance, case management and community based follow up services to single individuals and homeless veterans with barriers to self-sufficiency. www.mapagency.org
