EPA Lead Certification
All vendors and maintenance persons that will disturb more than 6 square feet in buildings built before 1978 must be certified with the new Lead Rules by April 22, 2010.
This class is limited to 30....Sign up whenever you like and if it fills up we will put another on the schedule.
Full day of class to achieve a certificate to disturb walls.
