EPA Lead Certification All vendors and maintenance persons that will disturb more than 6 square feet in buildings built before 1978 must be certified with the new Lead Rules by April 22, 2010. This class is limited to 30....Sign up whenever you like and if it fills up we will put another on the schedule. Full day of class to achieve a certificate to disturb walls.

Join other rental housing providers for this day long visit to the Capitol in Lansing. Visit with your legislators and discuss how their legislation affects the rental housing industry. If you cannot come for the whole day, all legislators are invited to a afternoon reception at Troppo's. Come at least to that and introduce yourself.

HVAC EPA testing for Universal License Must need the universal certification if you are required to work on air conditioning units and work with freon. This is not the safety class for R410. This is the required certification for all air conditioning units. The sooner you sign up the sooner we can send the pdf study book.
