Become a Member of the Washtenaw Area Apartment Association

Join hundreds of others in the Washtenaw County area who are already reaping the benefits of
being a member of the Washtenaw Area Apartment Association. To join, complete the two steps below.
The Washtenaw Area Apartment Association offers two types of membership:
| Active Membership: |
Property management companies which rent housing in the Washtenaw and Livingston
county areas are eligible for active membership. Our active members range from owners of single-family
rentals to large multifamily rental communities and their staff.

| Associate Membership: |
Suppliers or vendors that service the multi-family housing industry.
|

Once your membership is approved you will start receiving our monthly publication UPDATE informing you of local programs and activities.
You will also start receiving the national publication UNITS keeping you informed on state issues.
There are meetings and events, educational opportunities, legislative updates and more.
Steps for applying for membership in the Washtenaw Area Apartment Association

Fill out and submit our online membership application or
print and mail the membership application in PDF format.

| Step 2: |
Calculate and send payment for your first year's membership fees.
All membership fees are prorated quarterly throughout the year. Annual membership runs January to January.
You can submit your payment online by clicking the PayPal button below, or send a check to us at the address below.
